    Dry beans 1 cup
    1 pt (2.5 cups) water
    1 onion
    4 cloves
    2 cooking apples
    1 or 2 sticks of celery
    1/2 cup of raisins about 70 g
    1 cinnamon stick break in 2
    allspice whole 6 pcs
    caradmon whole 4 pcs
    2 tsp apple cider vinegar


Soak beans overnight in water. Drain and rinse. poke holes in whole onion and stick spices into holes. Put together with beans and 2.5 cups water into pressure cooker. Cook under pressure 8 minutes. Cool and remove onion, mince and return to beans. Dice celery and saute in oil until clear about 4 minutes. Core and slice apples add to celery for until soft 6 minutes. add remaining ingredients and cook a few more minutes until raisins are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with parsely
