    2 pounds ground beef
    1/4 of onion chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp favorite grill seasoning
    1 medium head of cauliflower, steamed
    1 egg, whisked
    8 ounces shredded cheese


Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish.

Brown beef and onions over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and grill seasoning. Cover and let simmer on low. Chop cauliflower and steam until nicely tender. Pour cooked cauliflower into medium bowl and mash it till it resembles rice. Season with salt and pepper and add butter. Press mixture into casserole dish, slightly up the sides as well.
Remove beef from heat, add 1 egg and 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir carefully and add it on top of the cauliflower. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35 minutes until bubbly around the edges.

Serves 6 at 2 Net Carbs per serving!
