Ingredients

    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c white flour
    1 c cornmeal
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 c splenda baking blend
    1/2 tsp salt

    1 c nonfat plain yogurt
    2 eggs (beaten, or 1/2 c egg substitute)
    1/2 c whole kernel corn. drained
    1/2 c jalapeno peppers, diced (optional)


Directions

preheat oven to 400

combine dry ingredients, add yogurt and eggs and combine well. stir in corn and jalapenos.

pour into well greased 8 inch pan

bake at 400 for 20 minutes

serve warm
