Introduction

This nutritious fruit salad sounds very strange but is very delicious! I work on a local Air Force Base and it was being demonstrated there one Saturday. A big hit with just about everyone. This nutritious fruit salad sounds very strange but is very delicious! I work on a local Air Force Base and it was being demonstrated there one Saturday. A big hit with just about everyone.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    1 Mango
    1 Grapefruit
    1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegrette (can be more or less according to your liking)




Directions

Cut avocado and remove pit. Peel mango and grapefruit so that you have only the fruit remaining. Cut into bite or "french fry" size pieces. Toss with Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegrette to taste. Enjoy!
