Ingredients

    2.5 to 3.0 lbs cubed steak
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of sliced mushrooms(optional)
    1.5 cups - flour
    1 tsp. - salt
    1 tsp. - pepper
    2 tbs of oil - canola, vegetable or olive depending on personal taste or preference

Directions

Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Flour the cubed steak and brown in skillet with oil. Pour soup and mushrooms into skillet and mix in water. Cook at low simmer for 2 hours. 8 - servings

Serve with mashed potatoes and another vegetable of choice.
