    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    1 large egg, beaten
    2/3 cup 1% milk


Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl. Make a well in the centre.

Add butter, egg and milk to well.

Mix well and fry with a little bit of butter.

Makes 4 pancakes.
