Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    18oz Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Large/Medium Onion - coarsely chopped
    2-3 LARGE cloves garlic - minced
    4 cups tomato sauce
    3 cups whole peeled tomatoes - diced/chopped
    2 tsp. celery seed (you can use fresh celery instead!)
    2 cups light red kidney beans - rinsed
    salt and pepper to taste
    chili powder to taste (i use quite a bit, 6 tbsp were added in the recipe calculations)

Directions

Throw the turkey, onion, and garlic in a large cooking pot. Cook on medium until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer over medium-low for 30 minutes. Test the chili and adjust the spices to suit your taste.
