Ingredients

    *Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    *Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    *Garlic, 2 clove
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup
    *egg white, fresh, 10 large
    *Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 4 oz
    *Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven 350F. Chop spinach, tomatoes, broccoli. Spray a skillet with non stick spray and sautee spinach, tomatoes, broccoli for 3-5 minutes. Place ingredients in the bottom of a pie pan (or 8x8 pan).

In another bowl, mix ten egg whites, 1/2 c fat free cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Mix with whisk. Add mixture on top of broccoli (etc). Mix. Cook for 45 minutes or until center is set.
