Ingredients

    1 lb beef steak chunks
    1 large onion - chopped
    6 carrots - sliced
    1 pkg frozen broccoli
    2 tbs soy sauce
    2 clove garlic - minced
    1 package brown gravy mix
    1/4 c water

Directions

*Put beef, onion, carrot soy sauce, and garlic in crockpot in order listed.
*Mix water and gravy mix
*Add to crock pot
*Cook on low for 8 hours (or high 4)
*Add broccoli and cook on high for 30 minutes
