    1 cup whole oat groats
    1/2 cup uncooked millet
    3 cups water
    2 cups 2% milk - use soy or rice or almond for vegan friendly variety
    Stevia to taste
    cinnamon to taste


Combine ingredients in 1 1/2 quart crock-pot. Stir. Set on low for 6 hours; switch to warm until serving. Stir before serving.
Makes about 5 cups, or 5 one-cup servings.
