    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped, seeded, tomato
    1/4 cup Hormel Real Bacon Bits
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/4 cup bell pepper, red or green, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped


Break eggs into bowl, add cheese, bacon, tomato, salt and pepper.

Spray saute with cooking spray and saute onion and bell pepper until lightly browned. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook about 7 minutes.

Slide saute pan in oven preheated to 400 degrees and bake 4-5 minutes until browned on top.

Loosen edges with spatula and flip onto plate.
