Ingredients

6 oz bonless pork loin chop
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    Dash of garlic powder
    Dash of ground pepper
    Dash of kosher salt
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Trim all fat off of pork loin and cut into bite size pieces. Put pork in bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Heat up non stick pan on high and add in pork. Cook first side till pieces start to brown, flip pieces and cook till done. I cut the olive oil in this recipe from before and so now I add 1/4 cup water to the pan at this point to keep the pork from burning.

This can be used in a salad or as the main meal served with veggies and a rice.
