    5 med. Carrotts
    1 stalk Celery
    1tsp ginger root
    1 apple
    1 c. spinach
    1/2 large cucumber

Directions

I always clean and chop my vegetables as soon as I get them home that way everything is all ready when want to juice.
Put vegetables in juicer-
