    2 slices of ww bread
    60 grams of black forest ham shavings (I cut mine from a whole ham).
    2 tbsp of refried black beans (I used canned, but I added a can of water to the canned beans to obtain a mayo-like consistency)
    Lettuce, shredded
    Slice of cheese


Maybe less prep time if you know what you're doing and not like me, running around the kitchen thinking what to do.

Put a skillet on the stove and heat it to medium heat

In the meantime,
Shred the ham and stir fry it in the skillet with the canola oil. If you are making a few more sandwiches, you still just need to have just one tbsp canola oil.

Spread some mayo on the bread slices and some refried black beans
Spread the stir fried ham shavins on one of the slices
Top with a cheese slice
Top with the other bread slice

Place in skillet
Press down with either a small pot lid or another skillet
Turn in about 30 seconds

Open and add lettuce

Serve and enjoy nice and warm.
