    1 c. Sunny Delight or other orange juice
    1 c. frozen unsweetened blacberries
    1 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 c. water
    2 T. ground flaxseed


Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth and share because one person can drink it all but it is more fun and healthy for two
