Ingredients

    8 new potatoes, washed and scrubbed and cut into eighths
    .125 cup olive oil
    1 t garlic powder
    .5 t onion powder
    italian seasoning, to taste
    salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix potatoes with olive oil and seasoning. Place on shallow baking sheet. Bake, covered, at 375 35-45 minutes, or until cooked to desired tenderness.
