Ingredients

    l# 93% lean ground beef
    1 tbs. instant minced onions
    l tsp. garlic powder
    1 large egg
    4 tbs. NF milk
    1 tbs. italian bread crumbs
    1 tsp. se salt
    1/2 tsp. blck pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mist a foil lined cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Form into 2" meatballs. Bake for 15 minutes.
Can be used in spaghetti sauce, over noodles with beef gravy, in stews, etc.
