    Chicken Breast (Boneless, Skinless), 8 oz
    Wheat Rotini Noodles, 13.25 oz (can use any type of pasta noodle you want)
    Mozzerella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 cup
    Cream of Mushroom Soup - 98% Fat Free Condensed Soup, 2.5 cup
    Diced Tomato - Can, No Salt Added, 1 cup
    Grated Parmesan Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Broccoli, Frozen, 1.75 cup
    Canola Oil, 1 tsp (you can use any type of oil you want)
    Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat, 6 tbsp
    Italian Seasoning (I used just a few sprinkles, you can use as much as you want)


*Boil water for pasta, while waiting for water to boil, dice and brown chicken in 1tsp oil, & add italian seasoning
*Add pasta to boiling water & cook broccoli in microwave for about 3-5 minutes
*In large bowl combine pasta, chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, & tomato, mix well
*Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray - spread pasta & chicken mix in dish & top with Mozzarella cheese
*Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until bubbles & top begins to brown
