    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    0.5 cup of water

Directions

mix everything well with a whisk in a pan. Put on high to medium heat for 4 or 5 minutes till it starts to thicken up KEEP STIRRING. Take off heat & let cool down. Makes 18 servings, a serving = 2 tbsp.
