    Shrimp, cooked, 12 large
    *"Great Value" Mustard, Spicy Brown (1 tsp)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, .25 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 2 serving
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
    Avocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seeds Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 3 tbsp


Makes 2 big tacos for 223 cal a piece

Cook the shrimp in a pan with the mustard, the soy sauce, the chilli pepper, salt and black pepper.
Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds
Place the spinach (raw,) the cooked shrimp, the tomato (diced,) the avocado (diced,) and the black olives in the tortillas and enjoy!
