A quick, delicious, healthy version of an old favorite. A quick, delicious, healthy version of an old favorite.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 tsp Olive Oil
    Dash Red Pepper Flakes
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    12 oz Haricot Verts Green Beans (can use frozen)
    1/4 cup chopped Red Pepper
    1/2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
    1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil


Place wok over medium-high heat. When wok is hot, add olive oil. Saute red pepper flakes in oil for 15 seconds then add green beans , chopped red pepper and minced garlic.

Stir-fry until green beans are al dente. Remove from heat, add liquid aminos and toasted sesame oil, and toss lightly.

Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
