Ingredients

    pureed Great Northern Beans, 1 can
    Pumpkin, canned, 2 cups
    Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3 cups
    Fat Free Canned Milk, 1 can
    unsweetened Applesauce,1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Egg Beaters, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, 2 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Ginger, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Apples, dried, .25 c broken into small pieces
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Flour, white, 3 cups
    *Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 2 tbsp

Directions

In a medium bowl combine canned milk and oats, set aside. In a mixing bowl combine everything else but the flour. Mix. Add oats and mix. Gradually add flour. Mixture will be more on the liquid side, not thick like regular cookie dough. The chocolate chips are more for a token, but there seemed to be plenty of them. drop by teaspoonfulls on a sprayed cookie sheet, cook at 350 for 8 minutes. Do not brown. cool and enjoy. Makes over 8 dozen.
