    1/2 c skim milk plain yogurt
    1 tbsp low fat granola cereal
    2 tsp favorite preserves


place banana in bowl, top with yogurt, preserves, then sprinkle with granola and enjoy!

  • this sounds great but many of the perseveres have tones of additives and alot of sugar. You might want to use Jam instead. I would recommend All Fruit! - 3/11/11
