    1 cup dry steel cut oats
    4 cups water
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1 cup peaches - frozen are best!
    1/2 cup dried cranberries/craisins
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    Pam cooking spray - canola oil


Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients except the brown sugar.
Set slow cooker to low and cook overnight.
Stir in the morning, scoop into bowls or tupperware to bring into work!
Top with brown sugar (I would use 1/2 cup for the entire batch, not 1/2 cup per serving.)
