    two cans fat-free evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    1 qt. nonfat milk
    3/4 c. brown rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon


My Mom always made this in the oven but I use the slow cooker. Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hrs. and then switch to low. Stir once an hour. This makes 8 generous portions. You could easily be satisfied with a half portion.
