Ingredients

    1 can low salt garbanzo beans
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1/6 c. olive oil
    1/6 c. mixture of balsamic and apple cider vinegar
    1/6 c. sugar

Directions

Mix beans, parsley, onion and black olives together in a medium sized bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients together and then pour over bean mixture. Stir to combine well.

Makes about six 1/2 c. servings
