Introduction

Protein rich yogurt that easily replaces sour cream. One serving is 1/4 cup Protein rich yogurt that easily replaces sour cream. One serving is 1/4 cup
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    7 cups 1% milk
    1 cup half & half
    1 3/4 cups instant nonfat dry milk
    2 heaping tablespoons plain or vanilla yogurt

    Whisk together in a large microwave-proof bowl or measuring cup, the milk, half & half, and dry milk. Heat in microwave for 12 minutes. Cool to 110 degrees.
    Whisk in yogurt. Pour into 2 quart yogurt maker (water is added around the yogurt container).
    Cook for 8 hours. Remove and cool container in refrigerator.

Directions

1/4 cup serving. Makes 32.
