Skillet Corn bread for 4000 ft elevation.
Reduced the baking soda 1/2 tsp from original directions from corn meal container. 315 Calories per 1/8th skillet.

Ingredients

    Cron Meal 3/4 cup
    1 1/4 cup white flour
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/ tsp salt
    1 cup Milk
    1 Egg beaten
    1/4 cup oil

Directions

From the Corn Meal container-

Mix ingredients together.

Grease iron skillet and sprinkle corn meal on the bottom and sides.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
