Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of Leafy Greens like Kale or Spinach
    1/4 bunch of parsley
    1 tsp ginger
    1 cup cold water
    juice 1 lemon or lime
    juice of one orange
    1 small apple, peeled and cored
    1 1/2" slice of pineapple

Directions

I wash all my greens and keep them in a large tupperware container. I pull out what I need in the morning.

Rip up leafs of your kale or spinach and put in blender, add water, slice up pineapple and apple, ginger, parsley (remove stems from all greens)

Juice a lemon or lime and add to mixture. Put lid on blender and pulse, push down ingredients as required. Mix on high till smooth. Add maca powder and any other supplements you may want, as well as a few drops of stevia if you like it sweet.

Drink up!
