    1 pkg Turkey polish sausage
    8 potatoes
    1 pat butter
    2 T olive oil
    onion powder


Preheat oven to 350. Wash potatoes, cut into quarters. Slice each quarter in half, and cook in microwave on high for 8 minutes. While they are cooking, slice the sausage. Carmelize sausage in large non-stick skillet while potatoes are cooking. Slice sausage and place on top of cut potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, and dot with butter. Season to taste. Place in oven and cook for 20 min or until potatoes are soft inside, and slightly crisped outside. .
