    *Country Choice Organic Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .75 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 3 cup, unthawed
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed


Preheat oven to 350 degree. Combine buttlermilk and oats and soak overnight. Add the rest of the ingredients except the 6 tsp brown sugar until well blended. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray and add muffin mix. Top each muffin with 1/2 tsp of brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
