Ingredients

    Shredded Chicken Breast (slow cooked in salsa)
    Corn Tortillas
    Black Olives
    Diced Chili Peppers
    Enchilada Sauch
    Cheddar and Monterey Cheese

Directions

Layer all ingredients in casserole dish.
Cover with tin foil.
Bake at 375 for 40min.
Remove foil and cook for additional 5-10min
Remove from oven and let sit for 10min.
