    1 pkg Idahoan Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Baby Reds potatoes

    3 Frozen Flounder Fillets

    1/4 c egg substitute

    1/4 tsp salt


Empty potatoes into a shallow dish. Add salt to egg substitute. Dip fish into egg and then dip in potatoes. Dip into egg again and into potatoes again. Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam Olive oil spray and spray fillets with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes till fish flakes easily with a fork.
