Ingredients

    1 Egg (or 1/4 C egg substitute)
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 TBS Breadcrumbs
    1 TBS Instant Dry Onion Flakes
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Beat egg slightly
Add lemon juice, minced onion, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and parsley. Mix
Add breadcrumbs and Mix.
Finally, add salmon including juice and mix and shape into one or two patties

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
