Ingredients

    3/4 cup orange juice
    1 (6oz) carton low fat vanilla yogurt
    1 1/2 cups fresh berries
    1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
    1 TBSP wheat germ, optional
    1TBSP honey
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender with several ice cubes and process until creamy. Makes 1 smoothie
