    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
    *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Yogurt, fruit, 2 container (4.4 oz) (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)
    *black cherry jam, 4 tbsp (remove)
    **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)


Soak oatmeal in yogurt and milk for five minutes.
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg, brown sugar, applesauce for 3 minutes with hand mixer. Add a bit of vanilla. Mix in the oatmeal mixture and then add the dry ingredients. Place some of the mixture in each muffin cup and then a tsp of cherry jam. Put more muffin mixture on top of cherry jam. Sprinkle some flax seed on top of each muffin. Bake in muffin tins at 350 for about 15 minutes.
