* Hannafords Fettuccine 2oz, 8 serving (remove)
* *Chicken Breast - Grilled, Perdue Short Cuts, 3.5 cup (remove)
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
* *pasta water, 1 serving (remove)
* *Alcohol - Chardonnay White Wine 1 oz, 3 oz (remove)
* *1/2 cup Fresh Broccoli, 2 serving (remove)
* *Med. Roma Tomato, 4 serving (remove)
* **Sun Dried Tomatoes (Bella Sun Luci), 14 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Cut up and mix together all ingredients except tomato and broccoli,
Set a side for a glass of wine.
Next get the pasta water started.
In large skillet cook the chicken in olive oil seasonings. Add wine, and boil down.
Start fettuccine at same time. along with steaming the broccoli.
all the chicken to cook in the wine at low heat, once Pasta is close, take about 1/2 cup of pasta water and add to chicken in skillet to thicken.
Drain the pasta, add directly to skillet. through in tomatos and broccoli, and mix well.
serve with thongs in heaping portion.
Grate Parmeasn.
