Introduction

A creamy and delicious dip for fresh vegetables, crackers, chips or whatever you like. Could also be used as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. Delicious and healthy! Ingredients

    1 cup Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
    1/2 cup light mayo
    handfuls each of chopped fresh parsley, chives and dill
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! I calculated 5 Tbsp of chopped parsley and 3 Tbsp each of chopped chives and fresh dill weed, but this would be up to personal taste. Would also be nice with more garlic or mustard, depending on personal preference. You can use plain nonfat yogurt instead of the Greek yogurt, but you would need to strain it to get the same thick and creamy consistency. Makes about one and a half cups of dip, serving size shown here is about 1/4 cup.
