    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup light vanilla yogurt
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    2 tbsp milled flax seed
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1 cup fresh pineapple
    1 small fresh banana
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup ice


Makes 7 1 cup servings. My daughters and I love making this "sweet treat" for breakfast or as a snack!
