    1/2 c. steel cut oats
    1 c. wheat bran meal
    1 c. wheat bulgur, cooked
    1 c. hard red wheat berries, cooked
    8 c. organic, whole wheat, unbleached bread flour
    3 1/4 c. water
    2 T olive oil
    2 t. kosher or sea salt
