Ingredients

    tomato sauce, beef tips, red wine, onions, minced garlic, white rice, green olives

Directions

in a big roasting pan add, 3 large cans of tomato sauce or puree, one large diced onion, 3 tablespoons minced garlic, and 3/4 C. Green olives. Also add about 3/4 cup dry red wine. Back in oven at 325 degrees for about 3 hours.

Serve over rice.
