Healthy way to have a burger! Healthy way to have a burger!
Number of Servings: 2


    8 oz of 99% lean ground turkey
    2 Tbsp of diced chilies
    2 slices of low fat Monterey jack cheese
    tomato slice
    Romain lettuce leaf
    2 whole wheat rolls


Put ground turkey in a bowl, add your chilies, some pepper and a pinch of salt if desired. The chilies will make it juicy. Mix together, but not to much or it will dry out the turkey. Make 2 patties, then put a small thumb print in the center of the turkey for even cooking.

Place on grill, and cook for 4 minutes, and then flip, add your cheese. Cook for another 3 or 4 minutes until burger is done.

Place 1 patty on each roll with tomato and lettuce. Eat and enjoy!
