    Frozen Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Pepper .25 cup, chopped
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large sliced


This is for one serving, so x's it by how many you wish to serve.
Large fry pan with a lid needed.

1. drop frozen breast in pan with broth, turn on fire to high and cover.
2. slice up celery, onions, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms and add to the chicken, cover
3. Check chicken with a fork to see if it is tender off and on because those breasts are all different sizes.
4. Add spinach, cover a few minutes
I season it at the table with Mrs Dash.

other veggies are good, squash, green beans, brussel sprouts, what ever you have around.
