    # Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    # Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup (remove)
    # *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 8 oz (remove)
    # Beans, pinto, 1 cup (remove)


Boil water for Penne (can you any pasta you like)
Pour 2 T of oil in pan and heat up, chop onion, garlic.
Mix onion and garlic into pan on Medium, stirring.
Chop zucchini and add to onion and garlic, stirring frequently.
When water boils add pasta.
When pinto beans are warm add seasoning (salt, pepper, oregano) to taste.
Drain pasta when cooked and mix altogether. Mix more oil in to taste. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
