    1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup mashed bananas {5 large bananas)
    2 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350* F. . Mix all ingredients. Grease bread pan. Bake at 350* F. for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
