Ingredients

* 1/4 c Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
* 1 lb Frozen Broccoli
* 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Reduced Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
* 1 c 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* 1 large Egg
* 1 tbsp Butter
* 1/2 c Skim Milk
* Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Transfer to a strainer and run cold water over it. Drain.
Meanwhile, mix soup, egg, mayonnaise, cheese, butter, milk and pepper in a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and combined.
Spread broccoli evenly in baking dish. Pour cheese mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
(Optional) Add crushed crackers to the top before baking. (Not included in nutritional info.)
Good for a side dish or main course!
