Introduction
Chicken and broccoli casserole - Extremely easy to make and very generous portion sizes! Ingredients

12 oz fresh Broccoli Florets, just barely steamed
7 oz gold n plump all natural boneless skinless split chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup Fat Free Skim Milk
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 TBSP Contadina Bread Crumbs
1 TBSP Light Whipped Butter
1 tsp Ground Thyme
1 tsp Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blends Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 450d
Spray a deep baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside. (I find that a 9x5x3 deep loaf pan works best).
Season chicken with garlic pepper and thyme seasonings and cook in a skillet until cooked through.
While chicken is cooking, steam broccoli just for a minute or so - until it is just slightly softened.
Place broccoli in baking dish.
When chicken is done, cut into bite sized pieces and place in dish over broccoli.
In a medium bowl, combine soup and milk.
Mix shredded cheese into soup mixture and then pour over the chicken.
In a small dish, melt butter and stir in breadcrumbs.
Crumble breadcrumb mixture over the soup mixture and then sprinkle Mrs. Dash seasoning over dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through, cheese is melted, and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
