    3 servings (about 5 oz dry) Barilla PLUS farfalle
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 servings (about 12 oz) Kirkland grilled chicken breast strips, cubed
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp tarragon
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 tsp minced chives (dried)


Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside.

In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken, sour cream, milk and seasonings (note: avoid adding sour cream too early as it will curdle). Heat through. Add pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.

Yield: 4 servings (approx 1 1/4 cup each)
