    0.5cup blueberries
    0.5 cup oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
    0.5 cup cottage cheese
    Pam spray


Blend cottage until smooth. Mix in other ingredients. Spray griddle with Pam. Place 2 tbsp in griddle for each pancake. Allow to cook approx. 3 min on each side, turning carefully. Top with 1-2 tbsp sugar free syrup if desired. (not included in nutrition count)/ Enjoy!
