    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 3 cups
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Splenda, 36 tsp/ .75 cups
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Fat Free Spread, .25 cup
    Raisins, 1.5 cup, packed
    Rum, 1 jigger 1.5 fl oz
    Egg, fresh, 2 Large
    Hood , Carb Countdown, Fat Free Milk, 1 cup, 2.25 serving


Soak raisins in rum and water overnight or while preparing.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs and buttermilk until mixed.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl adding the egg and buttermilk mixture last. Stir by hand until the batter is well mixed.

Pour batter into a greased 9" spring-form pan and bake for 1 hour.

This recipe makes 1 loaf which is then divided into 24 slices.
